Kerry is one of the Wellness Center’s Outpatient Care Managers. She works with her patients to address any barriers to care they might face, ensure retainment, and encourage them to take charge of their care. She first received her Bachelor of Science as a double major in Psychology and Sociology from the University of South Carolina. She returned ten years later to earn her Master’s in Social Work, all while juggling two small children and a full-time job. She is now a licensed social worker. Kerry worked as a social worker for over 34 years, retired, and then came to join the Ryan White Wellness Center team after being inspired by witnessing the passion and care the center provides for its patients. She enjoys the team spirit and camaraderie she feels with her teammates and loves working together with them for the sake of her clients. She takes pride in the quality of work and the number of services she provides to her patients. Kerry was born and raised on James Island and is proud to be a Charlestonian. If you’re looking, you might find her spending time with family or painting with acrylics.
